affiliate automatically logout by emember logout?

I use emember estore and affilite and I configure the store when a member create it automatically create affiliate and also affiliate automatically login. But I wish to know is when a member logout lead to logout the affiliate as well?

I check the cookie when I switch member there is this ap_id still point to previous member id.

Yes, the automatic logout from affiliate area will happen too (given you have enabled the feature). That cookie you are checking has nothing to do with a user being logged in or not. Have you tried to access the affiliate area after you logged out to see if the logout action happened?
