Affiliate – 2nd Tier not get the commision, just parent tier get commision

Hi, I use 2nd tier affiliate and set the commision as: 1st tier 10% and 2nd tier 3%. Person A sign up affiliate first, and Person B sign up affilate via A’s affiliat link ( A call parent affiliate, B call sub-affiliate). I make some sales on my website to testing, sale refer from B’s affiliate link (test on one computer and one internet line). And then, I see only A can get 10% commision and B don’t get any commision (no sales). I also check setting and searching all your support forum but can not work.

So please explain me why B can not get commision even that is his direct sales.

Please help to give the detail guide how to test the sales with 2nd tier. Please give detail clearly in steps and picture (if can).

And I do the test a sale via B affiliate link, then I see the 1st tier (A) can get commision 10%

Go to the settings menu of the plugin and enable the debug option. Now do a test transaction using Affiliate B’s link. Let me know when you have done it, so I can take a look at the log file and find out what it did.

Hi Admin,

I make some test again, it’s work great, now B can get 3% commision. do you have any touch in? (I check debug option as you said)

By the way, I want to ask: HOW TO TRANSLATE SOME TEXT LIKE AS “CHOOSE DATE” in Affiliate pages beacause I don’t see it in lang/eng.php file. And also same with “No Payments Received” in Payment History page.

hi, I just updated your plugin (email you sent) and do the test again. Problem is more heavy: Now all the parent affiliate and sub-affliate also don’t get any commision, no transaction recored. I also check in setting but it’s still not work.

Just inform that I’ve used Hide WordPress Plugin (codecanyon.net), I think it’s conflict with your plugin? Do you have any experience about this case ?

Lets take a look at this order/transaction (ID: 3786).

Below is the debug data for this transaction. I can see that the main referrer for this sale was “seabeach” who got the primary commission. The 2nd tier affiliate for this transaction was “tuan” who was also awared a 3% commission. So as far as I can see, it is working fine now. In the past your orders weren’t getting set to “completed” in the system. Commission is only awarded after the order is complete or in a processing state.
