Hi, I’m testing the two tier affiliate and it doesn’t look like it is calculating correctly. I found some posts that may be relevant but they are dated one day later than today and the links are not working.
I am working with woocommerce, WP affiliate and WP emembership.
Affiliate A and B levels are set to get 5% from entire store.
Membership product ABC is $1 and is set with an override commission of 10 (which I assume is % even though it says not to put $ or %).
1. Affiliate A sold product ABC to Affiliate B and did receive a $.10 commission and signed them up as Affiliate B.
2. Affiliate B sold product ABC to customer C. Affiliate B did get a $.10 commission, BUT Affiliate A is showing a $0 tiered commission when they should be getting one. I’m assuming they would also get the override commission of $.10 and not the standard 5%. Even when I checked on the payouts the second tier commission is not showing, it is only showing the first tier commissions.
Your help in fixing this issue would be great, thank you!
