    Hi there,

Everything has been set up okay, except, when I log in as a test user and click on the “ads” tab in the affiliate area, the entire page blocks out. 2 arrows appear which are clickable but don’t navigate anywhere, and the only way to escape is to hit back in my browser.

Here is the link to the page: maxwellmelia.co.uk/affiliate-portal/?wp_affiliate_view=ads

    We are using:

    WP Affiliate Platform v6.2.2

    Wordpress Version 5.2.1

I also enabled debug mode but both of the files referred to in the general tab of the settings return 404 Forbidden message.

When I check the files in FTP there are no new entries since the creation of my test account checking MailChimp etc.

Please let me know if you require any further information.

    Many thanks in advance,

    Sophie

Can you please share the test user login details so I can log in using my browser and inspect the page? Maybe there are some JavaScript conflicts on the page.

I changed the shortcode to another style since my original query, and now it is only happening in the Banners/Links drop down from the Ads menu just FYI.

    Thanks

There is some kind of a lightbox layer coming from another plugin or theme that is causing this.

Can you please do this test to see if there is a plugin that the lightbox layer is coming from?

Thanks, all sorted – the existing CSS was conflicting with the WP Affiliate CSS.

    Best wishes,

    Sophie
