Admin can not access protected pages

Recently my Admin cannot get to protected pages. I had the whole thing sorted out by deleting admins, importing them, recreating them whatever, and it worked for a bit, but now it is back to telling me as an Admin, I don’t have permission to view the content of protected pages.

You recently sent me an upload version of eMember to fix a 30 minute timeout problem. As I’ve been working on other aspects of the site, I may not have tried to access protected pages since then until today, so that could be the issue.
