I am selling tickets to an event – and I need to collect the name of the persons who will be attending. When a parent buys tickets, they can also buy tickets for “nn” number of children – and I need to collect their names too.
In the product, under “Additional Product Details”, I have the box for “Collect Customer Input” checked with a “field name”. It works.
But the box where the customer types in the information is really small. I would really like to DISPLAY a bigger box for the customer to type in the information. Can I adjust the size of the text box the customer sees on the page?

So apparently this was asked before (https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/increase-size-of-collect-customer-input-field). The problem is, I don’t have access to edit the raw .php fields. All I have access to is the WordPress admin panel.
Can this be done either with code in the page, or with shortcode options?
You should be able to make the text field longer using CSS. Please share a link to the page where you have it so I can inspect it and give you a CSS tweak for it.
