Adding WP eStore Shortcodes Issue with shortcode inserter

Hello

I am hoping someone can shed some light on this issue I am getting.

When I click on the icon to add shortcodes to a new WP page all I see is a white box popup, I am expecting it to ask me what product number to add.

I have tried chrome and firefox incase it’s a browser issue.

Help on rectifying this issue would be appreciated, thanks.
