Adding On Multiple Variations to a single item with Checkboxes

I am using eStore Advanced Variations UI. Is there a way to have the variations be a series of check boxes so that the buyer can choose more than one variation? We are selling pizza, and we want people to be able to choose as many of the toppings as we offer. The price does change depending on some of the toppings, while others are free. Thank you.
