Adding Line Breaks to the Login Widget Message

I would like to use the following code in my login widget, but there are no line or paragraph breaks between the elements, which looks very crowded. I’ve tried adding both
and to the line breaks below, and it doesn’t recognize either, so I’m wondering if you have any other suggestions for adding those breaks!

Can you please post a link to the page where I can see what you mean by “no line breaks”. If I can see this in my browser I should be able to help you.

Are you talking about the membership login widget?
