Photo Seller – Adding a text description to a gallery

Hi there.

Is there any way of adding a text description to a gallery (to appear above the thumbnail images)

If this isn’t possible, is there a way of using something like Advanced Custom Fields to add an extra field to each gallery to add custom content?

If you mean some text before the list of thumbnails on a gallery page then you can easily do that by editing the individual gallery page from the wordpress pages menu and you can add whatever text you want before the gallery shortcode.

Ah yes – I forgot it created a separate page for each gallery in WordPress. That will be perfect!
