Adding a Buy Now to page does not work

I can’t get the “buy now” button to work on a page.

Added an image url to the product’s “Button Image URL” and double checked that the URL/image is correct.

I have tried [wp_eStore_buy_now_button id=1] and [wp_eStore_buy_now_button_custom_button id=1 button=url-to-png] but both only show an indented white square with a red dot.
