“Add to Cart” btton not working in iPad, nothing comes up when I click, works fine elseware, what do I need to do ..
Please provide a link to the page exhibiting the problem so we can have a look. What version of eStore plugin are you using?
m.pdhsource.com click on: COURSE lIST, then on any of the courses listed … the Add to Cart Button is at the buttom of the page, click, nothing or Access Denied page …
I just tried adding something to the cart on both iPad and my PC and I get the same result:
“denied access by Sucuri”
That was the anti virus plugin, we deleted it, now there is no access denied, when click on Add to Cart, the page reloads, nothing changes, the button does not work. all works fine on desktop, not on ipad….

Had to remove the sucuri plugin. The way your mobile site is loading won’t work with it. It is removing the external IP and using some internal IP addresses for some reason. Seems some type of mobile proxy/wrapper.
*It is working fine with the non-mobile version, only the mobile version that had this issue.

No, the plugin doesn’t use any proxy. It does a simple HTTP POST. Somehow on your site it triggering this error when a HTTP POST request is submitted.
You can verify that the pluign’s add to cart button works fine in mobile browser (ipad, iphone etc.) by going to our proudcts page and clicking on an add to cart button:
