Add To Cart Button Not Redirecting to Checkout Page

Hi;

I’ve followed the instruction to “Create a Specific Checkout Page”

The problem I’m having is that when the “Add To Cart” button on a product is clicked; eStore does not redirect the buyer to the checkout page. I have selected “Automatic redirection to checkout page” on the settings page.

I have the checkout cart widget on the sidebar and it does capture the items being selected for purchase. However; if the “Add To Cart” button of the product is bellow the widget, the client has to scroll up on the page to see the Cart Widget.

I’m using the following short-code on my product adds: [wp_eStore_fancy2 id=##] I am replacing the id=## with my correct product ID.

Hi, Please provide a link to the page where I can click on the “Add to Cart” button and check the issue. Have you followed the instructions from this page?

You can enable “Allow Shopping Cart Anchor” option in the settings so the visitor is taken to the Shopping cart anchor point within the page after a product Add, Delete or Quantity Change.
