I get periodic emails from customers who want to purchase, but they say they can not see the Add to Cart button. I suspect it is a browser issue. When I check FireFox, Chrome and IE, I see no problem with button, but I have read in this forum that Chrome and Opera may not always display the Add to Cart button.
Is there a setting that I can tell customers to change? Or is there some code I can use to correct this problem?
Otherwise, I have no problems with the shopping cart and truly appreciate this amazing plug-in.
I would appreciate any assistance. Have already searched the forums and found one similar post from 2 years ago with no resolution posted.

Sorry, there was a temporary technical problem. It’s up and fine now.
As I said, it is only once in a while that I get a customer email about the buttons not showing. Has anyone reported any problems with a particular browser or browser setting?
Hi, We can guarantee that the buttons will work fine in all of the following browsers:
IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera
I just checked your page in all the above browsers and I can see the buttons fine. When a customer tells you that he can’t see the purchase button, please ask the user about the browser and what version of the browser he is using.
Just an FYI: I had one customer report the same problem today. His browsers (Firefox and IE) are both up to date. I’ve asked if he’s running Win8 (may have a beta version?) if that makes a difference. Am waiting to hear.
I’ve got an update to apply, but I just updated…maybe a month ago? I’ll get that applied and let you know if it fixes the problem.
