Hi Amin,
Kindly please let me know how to add customer ordered information like ordered item name, Total Cost, Transaction ID, etc.. in the manual checkout thank you page?
For manual checkout the information the customer fills in gets sent to him/her via an email. The information is also sent to the admin via email.
The “Thank You” page does not work exactly the same way it works for automated payment gateways since there is the case of manual money transfer in between. Are you selling physical items or digital items?
Yes I know system can sent ordered information via email and its work for me. I’m also have test ordered information appear at my paypal thank you page.
Currently I’m selling both physical and digital items. The problem here is most of customer in my country not prefer using paypal as payment. Normally payment is via offline bank in.
So it’s best if my customer can get summary information at least their name, address, item ordered, item amount at the manual payment thank you page before the left my website.
Okay. No, there is no option to show those details on the “Thank You” page because the customer just filled those in while checking out so we thought it is better to send it via email so the customer has a reference.
