Add newsletter sign up checkbox to checkout form

I would like to add a ‘Sign Up for Our Newsletter’ checkbox just before the ‘Submit’ button on the WP estore checkout page.

Payment methods include:

– Manual (direct deposit): the ‘Sign Up for Our Newsletter’ checkbox needs to be added just before the ‘Confirm Order’ button on the checkout page

– Credit Card (uses Authorize.net AIM): the ‘Sign Up for Our Newsletter’ checkbox needs to be added just before the ‘Submit’ button on the checkout page

– Subscription via Credit Card (uses Authorize.net ARB): the ‘Sign Up for Our Newsletter’ checkbox needs to be added just before the ‘Subscribe’ button on the checkout page

This website uses MailChimp (free version).

I know you can automatically sign up customers when they purchase products, however, I want to give them the choice, rather than automatically sign them up.

Is this possible?
