Hello,
I have my products in eStore. I have added a tax of 21% for all products.
But as a freelance professional, I have to add another concept: 7% (of 20.00 €) retention, but this concept is a subtraction. That means 7% of 20.00 € = 1,4 €. Then the invoice will be:
20.00 (Product price)
-1.40 (-7% retention)
+4.20 (+21% tax)
________
22.80 € Total Amount
It’s easy to activate the tax concept. But I don’t know how to manage the retention. What can I add this concept?
Thanks in advance,
kyra
Is there a legal requirement for you to itemize each particular tax? For instance, in the United States, sales are taxed at the city, county and state level; but sellers are not required to itemize each tax; at the point of sale. If this is the case, could you not compute the required combined tax for each product?
Yes, I have to itemize each tax. As I said in my previous response, the price I introduce in the register section of eStore, it will be the final price with fees and deductions included. Then, when a customer pays, he will receive a receipts but I will do an invoice in my computer and send him later.
When I buy consumer products in my private life, there is always a checkbox in all ecommerces that ask if you want an inovoice. In that case is not necessary buty if you buy and sell in B2B always it is necessary an invoice. It is understood that every professional has to declare anything in his activity.
Thanks and regards,
