When affiliate posts link to his site and clicks on it and completes a sale, he is not given 40% commission rate I set for the sale. I tested it myself and I don’t commission either, although I do get the enrollment bonus. How can I ensure the affiliate link is working or get it working?

Do the steps mentioned there so you can test it. If it is not working then share the following details so we can help you:
1) A link to your landing page in question (where you have the payment button)
2) Which integration you are using (simply link to the integration documentation that you have followed from our site).
