Tips and Tricks HQ Support Portal › Forums › WP eMember › Account is saying expired, but paypal is still charging
I have set up a test subscription set up that has a subscription duration of 1 day and has reoccurring payments. Paypal takes the money out everyday, but if the user tries to logon wp emember after the 1st day it says their account has expired and they need to renew. I have attached the images of how I have the membership level setup and how i have the estore product set up. What am I doing wrong?

You have the subscription duration set to one day. This means the membership will expire after one day. If you want the subscription to continue until it is cancelled then you need to check the “no expiry or until cancelled” checkbox in the “Add/edit Membership Levels menu”
