Hi
I have an active product with subscribers but accidentally deleted it when doing some over-exuberant housekeeping. So now every time a subscription payment goes through I receive the error message -:
“Request received for product ID: 1. Could not find this Product ID in the
product database (please check the manage products menu and verify that you
have specified the correct product ID).”
Is there any way I can resolve this issue to prevent these warning messages ?
I have since created a new product id with the same settings to solve the issue going forward but it still happens with existing subscriptions.

You will need to change the “Product ID” of this newly created product to “1” in your products database. If you watch the video tutorial on this page you will be able to do this easily:
