accessing secondary membership content

Hello, having a little trouble. When a member clicks on one of their welcome pages, it says that they dont have permission. But they clearly do because the welcome page wouldn’t appear in the sidebar if they didnt?

Just because a user is logged in doesn’t mean he/she can view the post. It may not be accessible for his/her membership level.

Did you make sure that you applied correct protection level to that welcome page?
