MemberBoth my primary forum account kimjcastleberry – and the forum account I had to make to match my original purchase email destinydreamer_69 – have once again lost access to the add-ons page.
We’ve had this problem before – and had given my secondary account access to the page when the first one was being quirky.

I own WP eMember, WP Affiliate, WP eStore, Lightbox Ultimate, and the PDF brander.
But I need access to that page, for a project I’m working on, and suddenly I can’t get there although I could before.

KeymasterYour account looks fine from my end so this is a little weird. What happens if you logout and log back in, then try the addon page?

MemberNow it’s working – in the same browser – without clearing anything – and it totally wasn’t working the other day. I have no clue what gremlins were chewing on the wires but glad it’s working. Thanks for looking into it anyways

MemberThis problem has turned up again. Ugggh.
I tried this in multiple browsers and both accounts and even clearing browser cookies and cache.
I even went so far as to check it in IE (ewww!)

Chrome: [http://screencast.com/t/K8BMZkNj]
Maybe it will magically work again tomorrow… I dislike this system a lot.

MemberAnd today we’re back to not working, for either account, in either browser, and I need access to the updated version of “WP eStore Stylish Squeeze Form Addon” and here I am not able to get to it no matter what I do. This makes me want to bang my head on the desk.

Logging out and back in does nothing. Flushing the cookies logs me out, and when I log in, the check/authenticate type button you use has at least returned, but still fails to find the access.

MemberI don’t see any add-on page either. I am trying to download the Subscription Coupon Discount Addon and the first step in the instructions is to download it “from the addon download area of our customer only support forum”.
Please help.
Thanks,
Matt

MemberHmmmm… so if I log out of my VPN… and THEN flush cookies.. then I can connect and the button works. If I reconnect to the VPN and flush cookies and try, no dice. What are you doing at the IP address level that is disrupting my ability to use my VPN?

Moderator@destinydreamer_69, perhaps there is some caching action going on in your VPN. What is the reason for why you must connect to us through a VPN?

MemberI tend to work from places other than home and when I’m on open hotspots, a VPN is required for my own security. When dealing with mobile hotspots I’m never NOT on VPN.

MemberIt’s “possible” there’s caching in play – but I do web development across this VPN without any particular issue. This is actually the first time I’ve run into this issue with anything being correlated.
