When someone subscribes for a 3 month recurring membership, then cancels on month 2 b/c they don’t want the recurring charge, their access gets revoked immediately.
How do I change this? It isn’t fair to them and creates a hassle for me. The paid for 3 months of access so how do I ensure that?

You have most likely set the membership level’s duration settings to “No expiry or until cancelled” so the plugin is doing exactly what you told it to do. When someone cancels the account gets deactivated.
