Hello. I am currently using the wpemember plugin on my website. This plugin was installed on my website 7 years ago by someone who provided me with services. Now our service agreement with him has ended and I bought my own wpemember license today to take control.
1) The problem is that I have reached 3250 members in these 7 years and I am afraid that all this data will be lost when I install the Wpemember that I bought with my own license.
2) Also, the person who installed the wpemember product for me 7 years ago made some language updates (Turkish translation). In this case, will this language support be lost?
3) How should I install the wpemember plugin that I bought on my wordpress website so that there is no data loss?
Best regards…
I want to add a question too.
Does the wp-emember plugin have integration with Woocommerce? When a customer purchases my course product in my Woocommerce store, I want my online course to be accessible to the customer in the membership area of my website thanks to this integration. Of course, in order for this to happen, when the product in Woocommerce is purchased, the customer needs to be sent a username and password to the email address they provided so that they can log in to the course on my website. Can wp-emember do this in the current situation or will the software developer need to work with the API?
