About "Account States" in eMember

Hi,

I was looking some information about the “Account states” in wp eMember. Is there any explanation of them how they work?

What I basically want to learn is if an account is set to “inactive” at a certain membership level, does this member continue to reach that levels content? Does the auto upgrade for membership levels freezes for that member?
