A member bought a new level but the other one disappear

Someone subscribe to a level, then bought another program by keeping the same user and password. Once done, the info to the other level disappeared.

I sell online courses. Each courses is registered as a different level……how come when someone buys another courses, the previous one disappear in her membership?

I just found how but now the problem is when the person log-in….they arrive just on one of the level. How can they access the other page too? Do I have to do a separate page with all the levels?

Hi, each member can be actively subscribed to only one membership level by default. From what you are asking I believe you would like to allow multiple membership levels for a user:
