A download link eMail instead of a Complete Registration eMail

Hi, thank you for your plugins, they’re awesome.

I got a little problem, when I buy a premium account instead of sending me the complete registration email, I receive the download mail like if my product was something to download.

I don’t understand, I put the good reference text like in the video and yet he won’t recognize my product as a member content product. He always send me the wrong mail.

I’ve tried all day to fix this beacause I’m sure it’s a stupid thing who is missing but I don’t find the solution. Can you help me, please ? What could be the problem ?

The download email you are referring to is a product sale notification email from eStore that gets sent out for any purchase (doesn’t matter what you purchase). You can customize that email to say whatever you feel is appropriate. You can even turn this email off from the settings menu of eStore if you want.

With that said, there will be another email (a separate email) sent to the customers after they pay for the membership. I can see that you are not receiving this email so lets focus on finding out why.

Have you saved the email settings from the eMembers email settings menu after you setup the plugin? Can you please do a test transaction with debug enabled and share the content of the following two log files?

– ipn_handle_debug.log

– subscription_handle_debug.log

Here are the log after a sign up by paying and I just received the mail from paypal and from the estore plugin but not the one by the eMember plugin for complete the registration.

The eMail settings in Emember are saved.

Thank you.. I can see that the transaction was processed successfully and the emails were sent by the plugins too. Did you check your spam folder? Do you have the “Use WordPress Mailing system” checkbox checked in the eStore settings?
