A couple of possibly simple issues

First off I love the store. Im sorta a computer nob, but this has made it much easier for me to function. I have the store and .pdf stamper purchased and running on my site. One of my products is a digital download. It is a large book that I have broken into 10 .pdf sections (bundled in one product). I had some issues with the locations of these files not being accessible once the email went out after being purchased, but I think I have that resolved.

1. My first problem is this. I’ve searched and searched and cant figure out how to make a 100% off coupon for giving out samples of this product (say, as a comp copy to a reviewer). Or simply for testing to see if its downloading correctly, with the stamps, etc.

and 2. Does this warning message: “Error! You have exceeded the maximum download limit for this link.” mean that the link has been hit too many times by the user, or that the size of the file being downloaded is too large, for some reason? I have broken the book up so that the largest .pdf file is 2.9M. The others are all smaller than that, and it doesn’t seem like even the big chapter is all that big… so?

you can do a test transaction with $.01 to check if the pdf stamper is working as you expected (100% off coupon won’t be a good idea as Paypal doesn’t allow any $0.0 purchase).

Yes,”Error! You have exceeded the maximum download limit for this link.” means it has been clicked more than the number you have specified in the settings (In the “number of download” field of WP eStore settings..eg- 2 or 3).
