Hi!
We are facing a problem with galleries, wich contains about 3000 photos and we have about 200 users listing galleries. I allready contact our web hosting and we find out that plugin is causing 504 error. We really need help, at first we didnt expect those problems, but now we have to change something about selling metod. Are there any solutions for your plugin, to speed it up or something?

What was the hosting provider’s explanation?
Everything works fine, other pages are loading ok, but when it comes to gallery page where plugin is involved, page collapses. Currently, there are about 18.000 photos uploaded, the biggest gallery has 3.200 photos.
This is what provider said. Plugin is causing collapses.

You shouldn’t put 3200 photos in one gallery in my opinion. Specially when you don’t have a dedicated server to process it. The limitation comes from your server’s capability to process those photos. The plugin is going to have a hard time if the server falls over when it tries to process all those photos in one go. You can’t tell the plugin to process all those images in one gallery but then not give it the processing power it needs. This is why its collapsing.
Only 2 solutions for this:
#1) You should break your galleries into smaller ones with just a few hundred photos so your server can process it.
OR
#2) Upgrade your server to a more powerful server that can handle the large number of photos that you are configuring in one gallery.

Is it possible to activate extra license for testing on another server for about 1 week? I don’t want to lose my settings inside plugin on current site.
