If you click the “Add to Cart” button on this page: http://austincoppock.com/free-horoscopes-astrological-almanac-2011/

    This is what you get:

    Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I’ve had a lot of problems with this plugin so far, I would appreciate succinct and “helpful” help in regards to getting it to work correctly. I have turned off any fancy redirection and double checked the link. The cart page is at http://austincoppock.com/checkout-2, which shows up fine.

    Thank you!

Looks like you have entered an incorrect URL in the “Checkout Page” URL field in the eStore’s settings menu. If you look closely you can see that after an “Add to Cart” action it is trying to go to the following URL (eStore simply redirects to the URL you specify in the checkout page field) which is definitely not correct:

    http://austincoppock.com/checkout-2/%20

Please check to make sure you don’t have trailing “space” character at the end of that URL field. If this is not the problem then look for a plugin or .htaccess modification that is adding bad characters to a URL when a redirect happens on your server.

If there is a problem in the plugin code then we can fix that. If the problem is coming from bad configuration done by the user or server issue then it is beyond our capability to prevent the issue.
