MemberHi there,
i have an affiliate set up as a 2nd tier affiliate but the people under them are getting sales and none of the sales data is passing through to their affiliate admin area.
In the wp-admin area it shows that they got a sale based on 2nd tier affiliate but no commission is awarded to them.
Can you please help me?
Regards,
Carly

Participant“In the wp-admin area it shows that they got a sale based on 2nd tier affiliate but no commission is awarded to them.” – So there is a record with $0 commission in the sales data menu for this affiliate?

Memberyes that’s correct. The admin area shows that they had a 2nd tier affiliate sale (well it doesn’t say 2nd tier but I’m assuming that because above it shows the commission for the affiliate under them).
so shows $0 next to the sale

ParticipantCan you check two things for me please? Check to make sure that the Affiliate ID in this $0 record matches with the actual affiliate ID (make sure there are no extra spaces).
Also edit the profile of this affiliate who got $0 commission and check his/her profile to see what is specified in the “Commission Level” field. Is is set to 0? Does it have a currency symbol in the value?

SpectatorI am having this same problem. Do you happen to recall the solution?

Keymaster@BookBiz, I know that you are using the eStore and the affiliate plugin together. It will be easy to get to the bottom of the issue if you do the following:
1) Enable debug in eStore plugin. This post will explain how to do it:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/how-and-when-to-enable-debug-and-what-does-it-do
2) Do a tier affiliate test transaction.
3) Send me the following two debug log files so I can analyze them and see what is going on (reply to the email that you already sent us and attach the files):
– ipn_handle_debug.log
– eStore_post_payment_debug.log
