I tested the sign up emails. However, I want to customize the sign up e-mails with “Bold” Italic and other information. Because the sign up e-mail I got from testing is all jumbled up and I have not way to edit this properly in the e-mail settings. Even when I tried to space this out, the sign up e-mail stilled sent a jumbled up e-mail. How do I customize the affiliate sign up e-mail?

You customize it from the “eamil settings” menu but from what you explained, it seems like you have another plugin or some customization messing up the email sent from the system. How does the email come look like when you receive it?

    It looks like this:

Thank you for registering with us. Here are your login details… Affiliate ID: eateare Email: [example@email.com] Password: passwrd You can Log into the system at the following URL: [site-url] Please log into your account to get banners and view your real-time statistics. Thank You Customer Service – THIS IS AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE.

As you can see, there are not paragraphs, no way to bold/underline/italic words or set up the sign up e-mail in a letter format. There is no text/visual edit on the e-mail setting section.

Let me know if you can assist me.

Yeah that is definitely not how it should come out.

Temporarily deactivate all plugins except this one and then do a test. Switch the theme to one of the WordPress default ones then do a test also. Do you see any difference?
