    Hi, I just enabled 2Checkout in my installation of eCart for a new memberhip site I just launched, and while two purchases HAVE successfully gone through via 2CO – neither of them is being registered in the eCart or eMember system (i.e. the money is in my 2CO account, but the members were not registered nor were they invited to join my email list. I did not receive any noticed from eCart re: the purchases either (I have all those notices sent to me).

    Paypal on the other hand has been working like a charm all along.

    Any ideas why this might be happening?

    2Checkout is definitely enabled in eCart, and it’s the exact same product (a one-time membership subscription that’s connected to eMember) that’s being purchased.

    You most probably haven’t setup the 2Checkout’s IPN stuff. Have you completed the setup following this documentation?

    Please note that 2Checkout doesn’t allow you to use one merchant account from multiple different websites (they are not like PayPal). They won’t send IPN to a domain that is not registered with the account. Is your 2Checkout account registered for this new domain?

    Oh OF COURSE! Forgot that there were steps to take inside my 2CO account.

    This is a new account (they WILL actually let you use multiple sites under one account if they are close enough in terms of products being sold – but they didn’t agree that my new one was close enough to my other one, so they gave me a free account).

    Sorry about that – I thought that I only had to set it up within eCart!
