Im found the solution!
Its the following:
1/Deactivate the emember plugin
2/delet the hole e-member plugin.
3/open the phpmyadmin and delete the 2 emember file from database
4/restart the xampp web server software
5/extract the new updated emember to the plugin directory.
6/activate the plugin
And Magic.
its works again!
