I want to say thanks for all the help you’ve given me.
I’ve been in touch with paypal and this is what the replied with –
“If you are passing shipping from the shopping cart through the code of the website you will need to enable the shipping override within your PayPal account Profile. To do this:
Log into your PayPal account receiving the payments
Select the Profile
Select the Postage Calculations
Check the box to ‘allow transaction-based shipping values to override the profile shipping settings’ for your override to work.
This will allow your cart shipping settings to override anything set in the profile for shipping.”
I hope this may help any others that have the same problem.
