The affiliate platform plugin does not have any drop shipping option as that plugin does not handle the sale of a product (this plugin is used to track the referrals and commissions). Drop shipping is best done with the eCommerce plugin that is processing the payment of the actual sale. eStore has an option whereby you can tell it to forward the payment notification (IPN) to your drop shipper (this option would be your best bet).
