I was just coming to post back about this! 
First of all, yes, I am getting the notification of sale e-mail. Second, I checked my catch-all inbox on my server, and it had all of the e-mails waiting. Each one had a “relaying not permitted” message. Even so, it looks like only the last one I tried yesterday had an encrypted link. Not sure what the difference was between that and the others.??? (I did add the from field and hit update options. Not sure if that would do it or not.) Anyhow, I tried registering again, and the e-mail is being sent, but it’s getting caught by my server. Also, when I copy and paste the link from the e-mail and complete the registration that way, the matching WP user still isn’t created.
