Refund is not something a custom request via this plugin. You have a contact form right? Your customers can request a refund via your contact form. Or you can create a new contact form on your site. Put it on a page called “Refund request” then the users can use that. Once they provide you their transaction ID of the purchase or their email address, you can log into PayPal and issue a refund.
