Order management for a physical (hard) product shows status of ‘completed’ as soon as order is placed.
I would expect the status to be set to ‘pending’ until the product has been physically shipped when the admin would then change the status to ‘completed’.
Am I doing something wrong – the product is not set up for digital delivery.
