Okay, so I got the rebuild, uploaded it to my site, and deactivated and reactivated it. I have tried it with Profile Based Shipping turned on and off in eStore. It wants to charge me both tax and shipping either way! The shipping amount is not based on my pre-configured flat rate, so it must be Paypal’s minimum rate or something.
I did put in 0.00 for shipping cost in my product. When I tried using 0, it didn’t hold.
