June 6, 2011 at 5:47 am in reply to: Is there a way to allow customers to make custom bundles using digital downloads #33093SeizedPropagandaMember
Edit: Nevermind, I see that the coupon system can automatically apply a coupon when certain conditions are met, and I see that I can set it up based on quantity in cart. Disregard this thread, thank you for the help.
Sorry, I should have been more clear.
We want to offer the bundles at a discount. Each theme is $30 dollars, but we want customers to be able to purchase a bundle for $50 and pick any two themes they want. We eventually want to do the same for three themes. Is there perhaps a way to apply an automatic discount to the cart when they have 2/3 items in the cart? This would serve the exact same purpose.
SeizedPropagandaMemberThank you again so much, and any time there’s an update I’ll make this change myself.
SeizedPropagandaMemberThat’s fine, he can email me at [admin deleted email address] and I will send him my login credentials and the links to where he can see the issue.
SeizedPropagandaMemberYes it works if it’s outside, and yes I tried the [wp_eStore_free_download:product_id:1:end] shortcode and it works just fine. Is there any way to disable this shortcode from asking the user for their name and email address? If so then I can just use this instead as it will serve the exact same purpose.
SeizedPropagandaMemberI grabbed the latest eStore, and I just purchased eMember last night so I know that’s the latest version. I also disabled all other plugins and reverted back to 2010 just to verify it wasn’t any other kind of conflict. Any other thoughts? I would really like to get this download button working in this way, it’s the last piece of the puzzle for my eCommerce setup.
SeizedPropagandaMemberYes I most certainly do.
Also, i have tested out this shortcode on other pages and it works just fine, it just doesn’t seem to want to work when wrapped in the eMember shortcode, which is pretty important to me.
Perhaps this should be moved to the eMember forum?
May 4, 2011 at 5:12 pm in reply to: Way to send each customer a unique encrypted download link after product update? #32016SeizedPropagandaMemberI came across that shortcode, which is a great feature. However a customer could use it to generate dozens of new download links and give them to whomever they want, which we don’t want happening.
Is there a way to generate such a link that doesn’t use the global settings? Under the Digital Product Delivery Settings we already have it set on 24 hours and 2 downloads per link for new customers, and I could not find a way to generate a link using alternate settings.
May 3, 2011 at 11:59 pm in reply to: Issues with affiliate plugin and superfish jquery library #31924SeizedPropagandaMemberThat did the trick, thank you so so much, wonderful customer service and your plugins are simply the best!
May 2, 2011 at 8:04 am in reply to: Issues with affiliate plugin and superfish jquery library #31922SeizedPropagandaMemberThat took care of the issue on the login page but the issue still persists on several of the pages once you are logged in, including referrals, sales, payment history, etc. Ads and contact seem to work OK though. Any other ideas?
