WordPress 3.8.2 was released on April 8, 2014
We have completed testing the latest build of all our premium plugins on WordPress 3.8, WordPress 3.8.1 and WordPress 3.8.2
Here is the summary:
1) WP eStore – No issues
2) WP Affiliate Platform – No issues
3) WP eMember – No issues
4) WP PDF Stamper – No issues
5) WP Lightbox Ultimate – No issues
6) WP Photo Seller – No issues
General Advice
If you see a particular issue that you think is a result of the WordPress 3.8 upgrade then try loading a fresh copy of the plugin:

Remember, you do not lose any data that you have saved in the plugin during the upgrade. Your product details, member records, affiliate details, settings values etc. will stay as is after the upgrade.
I’m having issues with eStore. When a customer goes to checkout via PayPal, the screen goes blank. I was just updated to WordPress 3.8 automatically by my hosting service. After you hit check out via PayPal the screen remains blank. My site is [http://realskinproducts.com] I’ve requested the updated version of eStore, but haven’t received it yet.
This is not a WordPress 3.8 related issue but lets try to get your shop working.
Go to
eStore settings -> Advanced Settingsmenu and then enable the “Enable Alternate Redirection Method” option. Do you see any change after that?Worked for me! I’m so glad someone finally posted about this issue. I had it with 3.7.1 and was looking for a new membership plugin because I couldn’t find any info to resolve it. I used the solution above and finally fixed my issue. Now the only problem left is getting the extra shortcodes to show up again. Thank you!

Please help me out – my customers doesn’t receive any email with the download link after the finished their purchase!
omomstallning, you shouldn’t post such information in public mode. Your log file contains IP, emails, personnal data and PayPal ID…
@omomstallning, Your issue has nothing to do with WordPress 3.8 upgrade so it is not really suitable for this forum thread. I have sent you an email to get more info so I can investigate the issue.
My customers also don’t receive their downloads links after PayPal purchase. Some customers also say they don’t receive their login details email once registration is completed by the admin. Can you help please?
@mattbarry, That one is not a WordPress 3.8 related issue. That just means that you have a setup issue in your PayPal account or on the site somewhere. Go through the following two posts which will help you sort it out:
What to do if the Debug file is empty or New Debug info is not getting added
If you are still having issues after that, post it under the plugin’s forum category and we will take a look.
When i upgraded my wordpress site from 3.7 to 3.8
the e-member plugin is just partly accessible. I could not access my member page anymore, but admin functions did work.
I requested the latest version of the e-member plugin and i remove the old plugin.
When i put the files of e-member on my ftp site, i did see the plugin in the plugins menu of wordpress.
However i cannot activate it, when i try to do so, i get my home page instead, and nothing is activated. Please help, cause my dating site is running on it and is not functioning anymore.

I have fixed it myself.
the e-member plugin is not compatible with wordpress firewall plugin when upgrading to 3.8
when i disable that plugin, everything works fine.
The WordPress firewall plugin is Old and outdated. Use this one instead:

We updated oklahomacitybotanicalgardens.com to 3.8 and it seems the PayPal button no longer works on the WPStore plug in, goes to a “Page not found” url. Please help.

@JeffHester, Please update the eStore plugin first (see the first post of this thread).
Then go to eStore settings -> Advanced Settings menu and check the following field then save the settings:
Enable Alternate Redirection Method
