Purchase successfully completed using PayPal, but:
(1) no e-mail sent to my customer;
(2) no download link on my Thank You Page;
(3) no selling registered by the plugin;
(4) no log file to be debugged although “Enable Debug” option is checked.
Everything seems to be set correctly.
Version 6.9.1 installed on WordPress 3.4.2.
Are these issues related to Paypal settings, like IPN?
Thanks.
October 19, 2012 at 6:16 am #50486adminKeymasterThat means either your PayPal account is not setup correctly to send notification to the plugin after payment or your server is blocking that notification. This checklist will help you sort it out:

October 19, 2012 at 8:48 pm #50487letorreMemberOk. Partially resolved.
IPN was disabled on my PayPal account and debugging works fine.
But, now, I have another issue.
When PayPal automatically redirects the customer to my Thank you page, it;s not possible to download anything because there is no link there. It is displayed only on sandbox mode, not on a real scenario.
I followed each step exactly how explained in http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-instant-digital-product-delivery-499, but, at the end, the problem persists.
Any idea?
Thanks again.
October 20, 2012 at 3:08 am #50488adminKeymasterOkay that’s good.
The thank you page display won’t work in live mode if the PDT token you have entered is not for the live one (PayPal’s sandbox PDT token will be different than your Live account’s token).
So my question to you is, have you updated the PDT token value once you switched from Sandbox mode to live mode?
October 20, 2012 at 1:21 pm #50489letorreMemberYes, I have updated it.
October 21, 2012 at 3:13 am #50490adminKeymasterokay… please post the content of the following debug file after you do a transaction.
eStore_post_payment_debug.log
October 21, 2012 at 2:34 pm #50491letorreMemberI’m really, really sorry…
Again, My PayPal account was incorrectly set up. PDT Token was deactivated, so, never WP eStore would work fine with that configuration… Sorry again…
But, to be 101% satisfied, is it possible to have the message below translated into Portuguese, my native language, when the customer is redirected to my Thank You page? Look, when the purchase button is hit, the plugin correctly opens up PP order form in Portuguese.
Thanks again for your patience!
Message from PayPal after processing a purchase:
“You ordered the following items: xxxxxxxx – http….. Total Cost: xxxx Transaction ID: xxxxxxxxxxx. You should soon receive a payment receipt and a copy of this download information in your email (xxxx@xxxxx.com)”.
October 22, 2012 at 1:52 am #50492adminKeymasterYes, all customer visible messages can be shown in your native/local language. Have you selected the correct language in eStore settings?

May 13, 2013 at 10:51 am #50493goldeneyeMemberHello,
I have same problem. Everything is set correctly but no email sent, no download link and no log file. Debug is enable.
WordPress 3.5.1
WP eStore 6.9.7.8
PayPal account settings are correct too.
Thanks in advance and sorry for my English!
May 13, 2013 at 11:47 pm #50494adminKeymasterPlease go through this checklist so you can identify why debug is not getting written to the file and in the process you will find the issue that is causing this trouble:

Let me know how you go with that.
May 14, 2013 at 8:14 am #50495goldeneyeMemberI made the checklist, but no change.
I have set up a free download too, but when I click on the Download Now button, I am unable to download the content.

May 14, 2013 at 11:43 pm #50496adminKeymasterLets focus on getting the PayPal payment notification working on your site first.
We need to go back to the checklist because this checklist is capable to finding any setup mistake you may have. Please share the URL of your website and I will check some of the things.
