How to send back the download encrypted link with estore ?

Hello,

Some of my customers (a few) do not receive the encrypted download link with estore. Is it possible to send back to them a second time if they not have received the first one and how ? I checked under Manage Customers, but can’t find anything like this.

Use the Admin Functions panel to generate & email new links.

Thanks for your answer but I am also using pdf stamper. I have tried with the admin functions panel but it only generate a link for the pdf not stamped. I’ve tried by putting a value in the Digital Product Variation Name field but it’s not working. How can I do that ?

For PDF Stamper, you will need to manually stamp the file, and then email it to the buyer. Alternatively, if you think buyers need to occasionally get fresh copies of their product, including stamped files, you could setup a “product recovery page” using the [wp_eStore_download_link_sender] form. It would work similar to the Tips & Tricks HQ automatic update page.
