Tagged: Forgot Password, WP eMember
We recently downloaded and installed WP eMember on our site, and it has been working exceptionally well for the most part. There is one issue where the ‘Forgot Password?’ link does not work. It appears to contain the following script:
javascript:void(0);
I did look into this on the forum, but all posts are from 6-7 months ago at the least, with th fix being an ‘upgrade’. Since I just downloaded Wp eMember last week, I do not see the upgrade as being the issue.

Please help direct me to the proper file to edit to get this function up and running. Thank you!
I have sent you an email to get site access so I can checkout what is causing the conflict with the forgot password function.
Turned out that your theme wasn’t including JQuery in the proper way. It was including its own version separately when it should include the one that ships with WordPress.
