Hello,
In testing a purchase using the CCbill gateway, emails are not being sent with the encrypted d/l. The transaction goes though, I get a CCbill conformation page (with info as if its a subscription when its a digital download purchase) and do not get redirected back to my thank you page. No emails arrive with with a d/l.
I checked the debug for the gateway and got this:

I then checked the debug log for the estore post payment to confirm if emails were sent out i got this: (please note: I reset the logs and my transaction date is 6/24/2013. None of those are my transaction)
I called CCbil they said, they were unfamiliar with your plugin(s) but that I needed a postback and they could once I got it help me to manually input that information. I’ve searched all over your forums and I couldn’t find anything on how to find a postback. Please advise on how I should Proceed, I am beyond stumped on how to solve this issue.

Thank you! Yes, I had not used step 5 (doh! seems I got everything but that) That worked. Now when I complete a transaction I do get the email with the d/l link and the competed sales email also goes out.
However the site is not redirecting the customer to my thank you page after a successful transaction. Its staying stagnate on the CCbill conformation page. Did I miss something else?
