Download is 0 byte long

I’ve installed the new version this morning and my first customer told me that

the downloaded file was 0 byte long.

I verified this and had to change the download function to make it work:

a plain readfile works fine while the original function doesn’t.

The download script is a little bit dependent on the server configuration. So I actually have a few different variations of it. I tried to include the one that works on most servers. When someone notifies me of a problem on their server I investigate and do the tweak.

Thank you for your version of the script… I have saved a copy of it in case someone needs it in the future.

Yes, it seems to be working now.

I just wanted a confirmation from you that my modification did not breeak anything.

Another question is : does the new version still automatically send digital download links to “pending” paypal payments ?

This was the main reason for me tu do the upgrade, after a customer chated the system with a pending payment.

Now when a customer’s payment is in “Pending” status it will send them an email saying the product will be delivered when the funds clear (no download link is provided at this state). They will automatically get another email with the download link when the fund clears
