I have uploaded a few photos and are testing that everything is working before I launch completely into the project.
I am uploading the photos through Next Gen (resizing and watermarking there) and then I am loading them via ftp into a photo directory I have placed under my domain directory.
Last night I was able to download the photos which had been uploaded via Next Gen (even though they had the watermark etc), but now I have made the change of how files are being stored I am getting:
Download file cannot be opened. Please let us know. Thank you!
I have tried changing the addon setting to ‘relative’ and ‘do not convert’ but the email link is still not working (I noticed for do no convert it is still changing the URL pathway)
I also tried testing the encryption link in the admin settings and the link generated isnt working either
