Please submit the following form once you have paid for the installation service and we will get to work:

  • This email needs to be the email address you used to make your purchase.
  • This will be where your WordPress admin login screen is located. example: www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin
  • This is the username that we will need to login to WordPress. If you choose to create a separate user for us please make sure it has admin access.
