No download link on electronic purchase confirmation mail

Hi to all!

I’ve got a problem.. all works well but when I try to buy a digital product on my web store, the plugin send me a mail with the confirmation but without the download link, it’s only written “name of the product – no downloadable item on this transaction”..

I’m using the multiple selection mode of the digital product version: I’ve an item to sell with the possibility to choose the format..

Someone can help me please?

Have you set the digital product variation field to a value similar to this example?

Yes, the possibility to choose the item works very well, and also the payment..

Did you check off the “Downloadable” box? Also, the regular “Digital Product URL” field has to have something in it, like the URL of the first item from your variation list.

Do you mean if in my download folder I’ve put the files to download? (In this case yes I did)

I meant the “Manage Products” database entry. Did you check the “Downloadable” checkbox, and is there something in the main Digital Product URL field?

I checked the “downloadable” box.. But I didn’t put anything in the “Digital Product URL”.. I put all the link in the “Digital Product Variation”.. I have to put the first variation code in the main field?

Just copy the URL of the first variation into the main field. Leave everything else as is and try again
